INSURANCE
Table Tennis Australia have developed a National Insurance Program arranged with Sportscover one of the largest specialist sport insurers in the world. This program covers all members of Table Tennis South Australia.
National Insurance Program
The National Insurance Program covers the following types of insurance for its members;
(A) Public Liability
(B) Professional Indemnity
(C) Player Accident Insurance
The insurance cover applies when members and other insured persons/entities are involved in activities that are sanctioned by TTA (and / or the applicable State/Territory Association).
These activities include official events, all playing, training, meetings, fundraising activities and travel to / from these activities.
Players are only covered for insurance whilst playing in these sanctioned events and social play in affiliated venues.
The program covers all registered members of TTA, affiliated State/Territory Associations & Clubs including all Members, Temporary Members, First Aid Personnel, Administrators, Officials, Coaches, Referees, Umpires, Executives and Voluntary Workers.
*** Clubs and Associations can access their Certificate of Currency by placing the mouse pointer over the home page menu item 'Affiliate Membership' and clicking on either the 'Public Liability' page or the 'Player Accident' page and downloading their Certificate.
