Entries for this tournament will be accepted online at the Barrossa & Light Table Tennis Association Revolutionise Sport portal from 9:00 am, Monday 14th July 2025.

When you register you will need to enter your personal details, unless you are a B<TA member, then select a 1 against each event that you would like to enter.
Please Note - You may only enter a maximum of 6 events.

The Barossa & Light Table Tennis Association looks forward to your company at our "DIE BAROSSA MEISTERSCHAFT 2025" (Championship) at the Coulthard Hall, Nuriootpa High School, 1 Penrice Road Nuriootpa, on the 30th & 31st August 2025.
The traditional Dinner for everyone after play on the Saturday will again be at the VINE INN HOTEL-MOTEL, Nuriootpa 5355 (08) 8562 2133, commencing at 7:30 pm.
The VINE INN HOTEL-MOTEL has been generous in their sponsorship over the years, so if you could book there for the weekend that would be very much appreciated!

Tournament Conditions
1. Events No 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 open to SA country players only.
2. The Meisterschaft will be played under TTSA regulations and the current laws of table tennis.
3. All events will be the best of 5 advantage games to 11 points.
4. The Committee reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient entries and also to determine the appropriate grading for players.
5. In the interest of providing an even competition, a grading system will apply to Events 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25. See condition 10.
Grading will be at the Committee discretion.
6. Event 11, 13, 14 & 16 open Ladies & Men born 1985 or earlier. Event 12 & 15 open Ladies & Men born 1975 or earlier. Event 26 & 27 open to
Boys & Girls under 18 as at 1st Jan 2025. Event 28 open to Boys & Girls under 14 as at 1st Jan 2025. Event 29 open to Ladies & Men born
1965 or earlier. Event 30 open to Ladies & Men born 1955 or earlier.
7. Plate Event – First round losers from Event 1 will play for the plate.
8. The winner of a match is responsible for returning the score card, correctly completed to the control desk.
9. An umpire, whose decision shall be final in point of fact, will control each match. The referee’s decision shall be final on point of law.
10. Players ranked in the Top Ten of the Country Carnival last year are ineligible to enter any B grade or lower events.
11. That event 31, 32 & 33 is open to all players of between the ages of 18 years of age or 39 years of age as at 1st January 2025. Players seeded
in the open event between seeds 1 and 4 (incl) are excluded from entering.
12. Players playing in Metro Division 2 and above can enter Open Only.
Players playing in Metro Division 3-5 can enter A Grade and Open.
Players playing in Metro under Division 5 can enter B Grade.
13. All Junior games will be played on Saturday.
14. 40+ White balls will be used – players to wear appropriate apparel.
15. NO CLAIM –
Whatsoever will be recognised should any player or spectator receive injury during participation in the Barossa & Light Table Tennis
Association Country Championship (Die Barossa Meisterschaft).
