In accordance with the Constitution there are six (6) vacancies on the Board of TTSA, with nominations being sought from eligible members for a term of two (2) years with the following Directors due to retire at the end of the 2021 AGM:
1.  Mr Greg Bungey
2.  Ms Kay Crowell
3.  Mr Michael Zhang
4.  Mr Lenno Stevels
5.  Ms Laurette Norton

Eligible members are those that are 18 years or older and eligible to act as a Director under the Constitution and the Associations Incorporations Act and those that meet and comply with Section 30 of the Associations Incorporation Act.
Nominations for a Directorship must be on the attached form and emailed to the President (plangley@tabletennissa.org.au) by 5pm Central Standard Time (CST)  8th February 2021. 
If more than the required number of nominations are received , a ballot will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting.

Affiliates wishing to have any business or notices of motions placed on the AGM Agenda, must submit in writing that business, and forward to the President (plangley@tabletennissa.org.au) by 5pm  CST 1st February 2021.
