2021 TTA Membership & Participation Census
Published Sun 23 Jan 2022
2021 SUMMARY FIGURES:
All States/Territories enjoyed an increase in membership with Table Tennis South Australia and Table Tennis Western Australia leading the charge with the biggest percentage increase (161% and 70% respectively) compared to 2020.
Seven States/Territories recorded a huge increase in participation especially Table Tennis South Australia, Table Tennis Tasmania and Table Tennis Victoria, where participation figures more than doubled compared to 2020.
Obviously COVID-19 significantly hampered membership and participation in 2020, meaning the 2021 improvements are a return to the pre-COVID-19 normal. However, the strong rebound is both pleasing and promising.
