Will be held on Sunday 29th March 2026 at Sport SA, Military Road West Beach, commencing at 11am.

Nominations
In accordance with the TTSA Constitution there are vacancies on the Board of TTSA, with nominations being sought from eligible members for a term of two (2) years.

Eligibility
Eligible members are those that are 18 years or older and eligible to act as a Director under the Constitution and the Associations Incorporation Act and those that meet and comply with s30 of the Associations Incorporation Act.
A copy of the Board Charter that sets out the roles and responsibilities of Directors is available upon request.

Nomination Form for a Directorship
Nomination for a Directorship must be on the 'Nomination Form' (click on link below) and emailed to the President (plangley@tabletennissa.org.au) by 5pm Central Standard Time (CST) 13th February 2026.
If more than the required  nominations are received, a ballot will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting.

Other Business
At the AGM only the business on the agenda may be discussed.
Affiliates wishing to have any business or notices of motion placed on the Agenda, must submit in writing, that business, and forward to the President (plangley@tabletennissa.org.au) by 5pm (CST) 6th February 2026.

Nomination of Delegates
Existing affilliate delegate nominations remain in place unless an affiliate wishes to change their delegate(s) in which case written notice of that change must be received by the Board at least three (3) days prior to the AGM.
